With over 30 years of experience, Marilyn Burg is a trusted advisor to privately held companies ranging from early-stage startups to businesses with over $100 million in revenue. She founded Executive Financial Solutions LLC to provide high-impact financial leadership to organizations in need of strategic direction.

Marilyn has led clients through critical phases of growth—including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, internal control implementation, and the development of finance teams. Her broad industry background includes a focus on high-growth technology companies.

She began her career in public accounting within the Technology, Information, Communication, and Entertainment audit practice, and then went on to hold senior financial management roles in private companies for over a decade.

Marilyn is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
