With over 30 years of experience, Marilyn Burg is a trusted advisor to privately held companies ranging from early-stage startups to businesses with over $100 million in revenue. She founded Executive Financial Solutions LLC to provide high-impact financial leadership to organizations in need of strategic direction.
Marilyn has led clients through critical phases of growth—including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, internal control implementation, and the development of finance teams. Her broad industry background includes a focus on high-growth technology companies.
She began her career in public accounting as a Manager in Ernst & Young’s Technology, Information, Communication, and Entertainment audit practice. She later held senior financial management roles in private companies for over a decade.
Marilyn is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Betsi Santana
Betsi is an experienced Accountant with a strong background in accounting operations. She specializes in managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely reconciliations. With extensive hands-on experience in QuickBooks, Betsi handles day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting with precision and efficiency. In addition to her core accounting responsibilities, Betsi has supported processes related to mergers and acquisitions, contributing to financial due diligence and integration efforts. She is also highly proficient in Google Docs and Sheets, using them to streamline collaboration, produce clear reports, and maintain organized, real-time financial documentation.
